How and when did the organization get started? 

The organization was created in 1989 along with 51 other solid waste districts. The Ohio general assembly wanted to ensure that everyone living in Ohio had access to waste disposal and opportunities to recycle.

How many employees do you have? 

About 130 employees.

How many volunteers does your organization use? 

At the moment we have no volunteers, but we are developing a program that will train volunteers to help educate the public on what is recyclable.
