What region or area do you provide services in?

We provide services in the entire western half of the Central African Republic.

How and when did the organization get started? 

Founder Jim Hocking, who grew up in the Central African Republic and spent much of his career working there, saw the need for an organization that would empower local people to help in the development of their country. In 2004, he started with the water crisis, since having clean water solves so many health issues, and eliminates so much wasted time fetching water. We consider this to be the starting point for development in any village, and that is why it is the primary focus of our organization.

How many employees do you have? 

We have approximately 100 employees.

How many volunteers does your organization have?
