Franklinton Farms

About

Program Descriptions

Community Gardens: We plan, develop, plant, harvest, and maintain a large network of community gardens through the Franklinton area of Columbus. This helps us beautify the area and promote community development through the help of residents.

Food Production Sites: We develop some garden areas specifically to harvest large amounts of fresh food that we can donate to area residents and Columbus area food pantries.

Educational Programs: We provide educational programs to area residents, volunteers, and others who are interested in learning about growing healthy foods and incorporating them into our diet for healthy lifestyles.

Franklinton Produce Market: Located at 1003 West Town Street, the produce market offers residents access to fresh healthy foods at very low prices. We even accept SNAP so that food stamps and EBT cards can be used.
