What region or area do you provide services in?

Columbus Urban League provides services directly to the Columbus community. However, it is also affiliated with the National Urban League, which helps people throughout the country.

How and when did the organization get started?

The Columbus Urban League was founded in 1918 to advocate for equality in the Columbus area. It is one of the oldest organizations in the United States that promotes equal and equitable access to resources.

 

How many employees do you have?

The Columbus Urban League has a small group of Board Members and staff.

We have many volunteers to help with our initiatives, including programs designed to help every age group.
