Project Dream

A year-long service-learning program, that empowers youth with the skills, motivation, and confidence to make their world a better place. Project Dream only runs in Title 1 schools.  This program is facilitated by the Ohio State University Social Work Interns and our Corporate Volunteers that help develop leadership skills as youth take on real community challenges. Here you can see the Project Dream students in action throughout the school year.

EXPLORATION

Student Leaders identify Non-Profit Organizations that address those issues, interview the organizations, and vote to decide who and how to help the organization and the cause.

step three

TAKE ACTION

Student Leaders plan and conduct a service project, advocacy campaigns, and/or supply drives. They prepare display boards for and attend the Leaders of Tomorrow Showcase event to share how they made a difference with Community Leaders.
